The best part of designing products for humans is that it never gets old. We can constantly ask questions, look at data, approach the problem from a different perspective & then make the thing better. I love asking why and then asking why in a different way, collaborating & learning from teammates in different roles and from different backgrounds, and delivering smart, useful experiences that center real people.
